The RSPCA Bristol & District Branch covers both the city of Bristol & it's surrounding areas.

The Clinic is open Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
We are closed at all other times but there is a 24-hour veterinary emergency service.
If your pet has gone missing in the Bristol area, call the Bristol Dogs and Cats Home on 0117 9776043 and the RSPCA Bristol Animal Clinic on 0117 9724567 to see if we have taken in your pet or click here to view our list of recently found animals.
We will also be able to give you contact numbers for other local animal rescue organisations, including our neighbouring Branches of the RSPCA.
If it is a dog you have lost, make sure you call your local council dog wardens:
Contact the Bristol City dog wardens on 0117 9222500
Contact the South Gloucestershire dog wardens on 01454 868000
The Bristol Dogs and Cats Home holds stray dogs on behalf of the Bristol City Council for a week, before they are offered for rehoming. If your dog is at the Home, a claim fee to cover boarding costs will be payable before we can return him or her to your care.
DON'T GIVE UP – lost or stolen pets, particularly cats, can reappear many months after disappearing.
We strongly advice that you microchip your pet so that if it is found, it can be safely reunited with you as quickly as possible.
